I wouldn't know how to evaluate the above-mentioned attorney, as he would actually get good marks for most criterion, but for reasons which raise deep ethical and moral concerns. What does one say when the 'proper' application of the law itself is tantamount to extortion. This man is extremely good at what he does, probably because he lacks the sort of conscience that would prevent others from practicing the kind of law that gives the entire profession a bad name.
