VIOLATION OF RULE 8.4 MISCONDUCT
It is so unprofessional misconduct for a Disability lawyer to:
? Help violate or attempt to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct, by knowingly engaging to assist therapist in illegal activities!
? Helping individuals in committing a criminal act that reflects adversely on the lawyer's honesty, trustworthiness or fitness as a lawyer in other respects by helping a therapist to falsify documents!
? Helping to engage in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation by helping therapist in illegal activities and signing off on legal document that is absolutely false!
? Engaging in conduct that is prejudicial to the administration of justice showing up in court to help illegal therapist to sign a complete sane individual on Social Security!
? State or imply an ability to influence improperly a government agency or official signing off on Social Security a Federal Program which constitutes Jail time!
? Knowingly assist a ju
