Ms. Rosenthal prepared an Agreement and Note for me while I was away. It was not executed until long after the transaction. The execution copy of the Note was not sent to the other party until several months after the transaction took place. She did not inform me that funds should have been placed in escrow to protect me. I was lucky that the other party was honest. She never even contacted the other party's attorney.
