Cancelled on us the day before for an appointment we made months in advance and adjusted our work schedule to make- had to stay late at work a previous day to get out early enough to make it to Holly Springs on time. We only found out about the cancellation because I emailed him the day before to confirm the appointment! That was the real kicker...would have been sitting outside a closed office if I hadn't double checked....I gave him an average "3" in the other categories as I had to supply a rating, but we never rescheduled our appointment with him...bad communication!
