David represented me for a insurance claim dispute. David made an agreement with me at a settlement hearing in the judges chambers and agreed to lower the attorney fees from 35% to 32% if I accepted the settlement offered. When I received the settlement check it was incorrect and had the 35% fee deducted and not the 32% as we agreed. I had spoke with David and he stated he made the agreement and forgot to notify his firm partner and will get it resolved. 3 months later I am still trying to get this resolved. David would not return my calls and the firm Scott Gallant also will not return my calls. Scott Gallant's staff now states David is no longer with the firm. Scott Gallant's staff is now also stating David didnt have the authority to make the attorney fee agreement to reduce to fee to 32%. David Bergstralh and Scott Gallant are not honest attorneys, they lie and have no integrity to honor their agreements. PLEASE AVOID THESE ATTORNEYS
