I used Mr. Ribner in an audit of my company and personal returns. My IRS agent had a very unprofessional attitude and manor. I was surprised (and delighted) at how quickly she changed her demeanor once she had to deal with Cliff. I will certainly use him in any future audit that I may be subjected to.

I was very pleased with Mr. Ribner's performance. He communicated all facets of the case with me as soon as things happened. He was on top of things as soon as I would give him information I would quickly hear back from him as to how the other side responded. If I were to have future problems, I would not hesitate to call him.

My state tax situation was such that no one would touch it. Until I went to Mr. Ribner. The tax authority had stomped all over my rights but it took alot of discovery and knowledge of the state tax laws to get to the bottom of it.Mr. Ribner was honest and fair throughout and because of that I prevailed. Mr. Ribner got all my confiscations returned and my garnishments stopped. He also got my credit report corrected. I highly recommend him for any one who has been advised they have a lost cause. I suffered with this situation for over a yr. but it took an experienced attorney to bring peace back in my life.

Mr. Ribner has been GREAT!!!! He has helped me and held my hand through all my tax issues. I do appreciate everything his has done for us....You would be wrong for hiring anyone else.

I cannot say enough positive things about Mr. Ribner. I had the IRS all over me like ugly on an ape and the Company that did not pay their taxes had an NYC White-shoe law firm. Armed with the facts and his knowledge of the law the case was dropped and the Company wound up paying the taxes they owed not me. Plus, although I was totally covered by D&O insurance, Mr. Ribner's invoices were honest audit-able and transparent. I can't say enough about this guy except that I recommend him highly and without qualification.

Mr Ribner has and is helping us through our tax problems. I don't think anyone else in the area could have helped us as he has. He always keeps up to date on where we are in the process.

Mr. Ribner is extremely knowledgeable and efficient. He is honest,friendly and consistently prompt in responding to phone calls or emails. His fees are exceptionally reasonable for the work he does, and he never overcharges. He is also always ahead of the curve in anticipating and informing you of what is happening with your case. My experience with him was wonderful and I would recommend him highly.

Mr. Ribner is an excellent lawyer. He is extremely knowledgeable about the processes/logistics associated with resolving complex tax/legal matters. I personally found him an outstanding advocate and resource. I would not hesitate to use his services in the future.

It's unfortunate that people in the world need the services of tax attorneys to defend against the incompetence of IRS agents, but when the need arises as it did for me, I for one felt fortunate to have had Mr. Ribner representing us. The entire process of defending against an IRS audit is endlessly frustrating and ridiculously expensive, but when the alternative is worse, your choice becomes simple. For those similarly situated, I'd recommend Mr. Ribner without reservation.

Mr. Ribner expeditiously managed my tax nightmare. I appreciate his knowledge and tenacity to get the job done and the outcome...... a positive one. Mr. Ribner was readily available, at times exchanging information during the evening or on the weekends. He was confident and reassuring, alleviating the anxiety and stress that can result from IRS issues, especially those that are out of your control. I have seen several advertisements for tax attorneys, fortunately as is so often the case with legal situations, Mr. Ribner did not draw the case out but got right down to business and resolved my issue.

Mr Ribner is friendly and immensely knowledgeable. His keen intellect is obvious. These attributes alone met my initial requirements for a tax attorney. Next comes work ethic and availability. I frequently get email and phone responses late in the day and on Saturdays. He emails pertinent copies of briefs and other legal documents he produces. His fees are consistent with the high quality of his work. I consistently see progress. I actually can sleep at night again. Finally,last year I had serious unrelated financial problems. Amazingly, Mr Ribner is and was patient with payments. I could not ask for more fairness.

spent over 20,000 in billing to this attorney over appx 22 months and my problems were not resolved and actually became worse. He will continually bill you for sending e mails asking for money(only a lawyer would send a bill for sending a bill) you will always be in the red and your problems will not be resolved quickly. He also proved an inability to stop any actions against you by the irs
