Bill is an affable, charming guy. He is also very good with words. Those are the first things you notice about him and you want him to be your attorney. However, he gave us an estimate for what it would cost to get our case to trial. After a few months he had already billed us for the entire amount (and nothing unexpected happened). We got a new estimate for what it would take to finish the case. Shortly thereafter he billed us for that entire amount, and said we were only half way to trial. I wish he had been honest with us up front. As an attorney I found him to be very reckless -- he made multiple mistakes that have significantly hurt our case. He now thinks we should settle the case, at all cost. He doesn't believe that any case is worth fighting (to him good people should just compromise). That is NOT what we hired him to do. Next to the person that we are suing, he has been the worst thing for our business. I am now seeking a new attorney to finish this case.
