This firm is very poor at communicating with clients. I am constantly being contacted for missing information or lack of follow through on my part when they never bothered to read emails or listen to voice mail messages. I realize that every time I attempt to communicate with their office that I am going to incur a fee, but they choose to only answer what they think is important and leave me hanging with the rest. They may be very knowledgeable, but their client relationship skills are seriously lacking.
