My family had a serious Probate issue in Akron , Ohio. My Aunt hired a local Attorney to prepare her will and trust. Two months before my Aunt died of Brain Cancer somehow this Attorney became the Executor! The day she died he became abrupt, uncooperative and would not return our phone calls. He would only communicate thru his secretary! I hired Mr. Banchek who was one of three recomendations by the local Bar Association in Cleveland!. Within 24 hours he had significant info for me and proceeded to calmly resolve this issue. Mr. Bancheck proceeded in a calm methodical resolve this issue. He always answered my phone calls and emails. He provided updates immediately , posted letters, and complete billing information. We were able to resolve this issue eventually and to our satisfaction. His staff were also very nice and professional!
