Turned out to be prototypical [way too] lacadasical southern boy. Five years to get a case into court, 4 more to get a motion to clarify....ooops! He never did get that. Finally bailed when I filed a complaint, saying he never saw crucial letters I sent (and to which his secretary referred on the phone), but didn't fail to bill me MANY thousands of dollars. Even billed for the minutes it took his secretary to prepare bills and statments. I would never recommend this lawyer to do important work.
