I retained Ms Banks for a EEOC complaint and she was late several times and very incompetent when it came to drafting the actual charge. Requested the retainer to be refunded and she finally agreed to refund half of the retainer. I had to retain another attorney and now thanks to new attorney headed to federal court. Do not use this attorney.
