Mr Kenneth Cotter is an Excellent Attorney He worker dillegantly for me to a successful Outcome on a Family law matter. When I met Ken in 1994 he was not practicing custody matters. However he took my case and we prevailed. And set a new first in Florida Law. Thank you Again, Mr. Cotter

This is the most dishonest, unethical person I have ever met. There's little doubt this attorney was involved in collusion with the other sides counsel who I imagine he owed a favor too, and I'm convinced he paid it back at my expense after I questioned his inflated and repetitive invoice. I will be filing a complaint with the Florida Bar against this attorney.

He charges top of the line prices paid up front with less than basic service. Our aggreement was a joke. Our fears and concerns were ignored and have proven themselves to come to light. Emails sent with pictures proving unlivable conditions with a custodian NOT following aggreement, like the whereabouts of said child/who the child was with, that parent partying with illegal substances with child all ignored. I should have known that when Kotter made the statement to me that if he was the other's atty, they would have 50% and I should be happy with the aggreement, he wouldn't fight for the well being of the child. The agreement didn't even allow to have a walk through of where the child would be staying. And I believe he should have taken our concerns more seriously and protected us. Now we have to start the process all over again. Besides my wallet being drained for another atty the child has been through too much. But his well being is more important than money.

Bate and Switch will tell you good things and turn on you after he get payed. he also use delaying tactics.
