Never ever would I recomend this attorney, never completed yue forclosure on a property I have. Won't answer phone calls, text messages and hides in his office until I refuse to leave until he does come out. Promised to send me all mu paperwork and until this day nothing. Been over two years!!! Got paid for sure.

Horrible. He closed a bad wrap around mortgage on an FHA loan Without my consent and I am now facing foreclosure. He is also the trustee in the dirty deal and when I asked him to account for funds and to act on the document he resigned as trustee without the courts and also witheld documents stating he had a computer crash. Dirty deal.

Do Not Ever Use Matthew Cowart if your dealings have to do with you receiving any type of money. He has stolen over $15,000 dollars from me and my children on a Real Estate Sale, he will tell you he needs this from you to release funds or that, He has had my money since December 2014. If you have had the same or similar situation with him please contact me.

I have no clue why anyone would not like this attorney. I have worked with him helping me through 2 issues ( a foreclosure and an HOA issue) he was always available and willing to help make things good for me and my family. I would recommend him to anyone!
