He did a good marketing job at the initial consultation. I clearly stated what course of action I sought with respect to my case at the initial meeting. However, he never took notes, and he apparently does not compensate for that with good comprehension, so I was forced to repeatedly remind him of things which I had already told him. He incorrectly told me that my record could be expunged once I completed a diversion program, but I read the state law and learned that the alleged offense for which I was arrested CANNOT be expunged. He seemed extremely unappreciative at my attempts to gather information relevant to my case, which I was forced to do only because he was not doing his job. I hope he retires soon before more people in need of a lawyer are ripped off by this con-man. Given that he was once on the legal committee of the ACLU, I don't know how I feel about the ACLU anymore.

Initial discussion suggested a genuine caring and intention to help, but that promptly changed after we mailed his check. Case was handled successfully to closure. However he was difficult to contact, and when we did so he displayed an impatience that was unnecessary and unappreciated. In hindsight too, more expensive than should have been.
