I wouldn't recommend ms Hays to anyone because she don't answer her phone she hide out in her office, and maybe 3 days later shr might return your call and she will then lie and say she never got the first call I feel very bad for the person that hire her because she sure wsnt fight for u

I had a very poor exerience with this attorney during a custody battle. She over charges her time by billing for emails that she never bother to even acknowledge or respond to other than by billing you for them. Also, she never provides requested documents to myself even though she is paid in full and carried a credit balanc for me for over 6 months. I had to write a letter to the judge who gave the supervised vistation order to actually get her to provide me with a copy of that order. I would highly discourage anyone from using Ms. Hays for family court where the court decisions are so important in reference to the safety of a child.
