WORST ATTORNEY EVER! We discovered too late that Mr. Marston was grossly incompetent. He was unprepared for and confused during the arbitration hearing and neglected to use critical exhibits and expert witnesses' testimonies. His nice suit and polite behavior did nothing to win our case. According to Mr. Martson, we should take some solace in knowing the defendant did not get away completely because he had to pay his legal fees too. We lost over $170K because of Mr. Marston's incompetence.
