was told a motion (due no later than wednesday) would be filed on tuesday but as soon as we sent her bak her retainer on Monday with some standard state bar additions, like that she would show us all work prior to filing, she emailed us Tuesday morning telling us to find somebody else! No discussion. She did this knowing that we would not be able to find anyone in a day, irreparably prejudicing us into a default judgment. She cares ZERO for her clients and obviously had some agenda in mind as to her retainer not including standard state bar inclusions.
