From day 1, I was worried that I wasn't going to be taken care of. In my case I was glad I was wrong, Michele was great. She took my call, if she was in or was in a meeting I felt in a timely manner she call me back. She didn't only tell me what I wanted to here. She told me the truth about what could happen and explained it very well. Yes I worried about the truth, but I needed to hear it. Everything turned out great and would highly recommend Michele.
