Hired for defense attorney against an untrue domestic assualt 3rd degree charge. The truth didn't seem to matter much. It seemed that doing a plea deal was the easiest and fastest way to handle the case and the way he thought I should handle the case and so I agreed. That was my bad decision but what do you do when the attorney you hired doesn't seem to want to fight for you.
