McKerns represented us, then a couple of months later took on our opponent in a similar suit. He had volumes of information on us, but went ahead and tried to represent our opponent without asking us and getting permission. He distorted the truth. When confronted, he made lame excuses for taking on our opponent. He is not ethical. We are making formal complaints with the Bar Association and the courts. He is the kind of lawyer who makes you want to think that there is a place in hell for his kind of lawyer. He is trying to get the Virginia Bar on his side.
