I had a highly unsettling experience with attorney, Joel Berger. His manner was oddly hostile, unprofessional and argumentative. He pressed me to disclose confidential information beyond the scope of the circumstances, and raised concerns of his respect for his obligations of confidentiality. Although he lists himself as an experienced attorney, and certainly appears to have been practicing a long, long time, based on the conduct he showed me, it appears he may have overstayed his ability to professionally manage his duties as a lawyer.
