Unfortunately, I would not recommend Mr. Nickerson. He is a poor listener. He was unable to figure out that a property in question was in a trust. I had to go to the Register of Deeds and be informed the property was on a deed along with others. During my $300/hr consultation he was presented this deed and did not figure this out.
