I was maliciously prosecuted. I was falsely charged with trespassing, Burglary tools, and attempted 1st degree burglary. The witness and victim said it was not me. I was a mile away on my bike with no shirt or shoes as I was swimming. I had a pocket knife and my work gloves as I am a constructionb worker in my nap sack. along with my phone, wallet, ipod etc.. There was fabricated evidence and no evidence to take me to jail. I sat there for 1 1/2 months. I was told I should sue and have the liars fired. Bruce tricked me into pleading out so I would not sue the cops. How can you drop a 15-life charge to trespassing? You CANT! He defends the cops, hense criminal(cop) defense. He could have had everything dropped, sued for $100,000, and fired the cops. Instead, he lied, and tricked me. He did not consult me about pleading, but said thats going to happen after roll call and set court 2 hours later. I couldnt fire him as I did not have anymore $. He is a cop and expect a plea bargain.
