Tim is very knowledgeable! He told us exactly how it would work and what possibly could happen and if it did what we would do. He made us feel comfortable and at ease by informing us of stuff we didnt know about bankruptcy and lien stripping. Tim is an excellent lawyer and will refer him without a doubt!!! Tim and Amy did any amazing job handling my bankruptcy. I walked in to Tim's office with so much shame, fear and trepidation from years of debt that had haunted me after I lost my job and as a result was no longer able to keep up with my financial obligations. I was so afraid to take that "first step" to seek legal help that I put it off for 3-4 years. I regret that now - I wish I had acted sooner! Tim and Amy were thorough and professional My advice is to be very careful WHO you choose to represent you. If you want someone highly qualified and organized you want Tim Theisen. If you want to "shop around" then you take your chances on obtaining someone who may be unqualified to represent you in one of the most important legal proceedings you might ever have to go through. I have a humongous burden lifted from my shoulders that weighed me down for too many years. I can sleep at night again. I can answer the phone again!

After going through a bad divorce and the sale of my business, I was left with a tremendous amount of debt. I dreaded going to the mailbox and answering my phone, due to the debt collectors.
