I would highly recommend Hupy and Abraham - I have had the pleasure of working with their team and would gladly refer family and friends their way.

My attorney was James Shilobrit. He is knowledgeable, and a wonderful advocate. He explained each process, and answered all my questions. I appreciate the respect he gave to everyone we meet with, and myself. I was comfortable putting my trust in him. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking an excellent attorney.

I was happy with how fast everyone got back to me if I had to leave a message. Any questions I had, they answered, if they didn't know, they got me an answer within 24 hours, most of the time, same day.

after almost 3 years of going back and forth, I get a lawyer from their firm, the lawyer contacts me with a settlement of a piddly sum under 1000 (I have 40g in bills from a hit and run)and am permanently damaged. He says he round tabled it and they are letting go of my case. Headquarters opened a local firm and dropped about 1000 cases on this firm so they had to drop me.(my current lawyer said that's probably what happened) 3 years is the limit to file court case. They are ONLY settlement lawyers and are not ready to REALLY fight for you!(my dr's say) I see their adds and wanna shake my head in disgust.

Had a "meeting" with the "investigator" who stated we have an excellent case 2 months later they refuse to represent. What a joke, and waste of time. Stay far away. Commercials are funny, but they are worthless.

Horrible. Please be warned, go somewhere else. Vito was so bothered every time I called. I could have done what he did in half the time and for a larger settlement. Like a previous comment stated, I felt like they were trying to blame me for something that was not my fault. I had the green light, I did not get ticketed. This firm has a racket going on and really - reader be warned. Investigate thoroughly - but avoid this firm at all costs. What a waste of time and money.

After an auto accident in 2008, I was injured. The insurance company was stressing me out. Hurt & sick a friend suggested this law firm. Since I don't watch daytime garbage TV, I had never seen their stupid commercials. I ended up more stressed from this unprofessional law firm. They are not always truthful with you & will drag your case on for years. They also over & wrongly use legal assistants for answering questions & contacting medical professionals. These practices will only minimize & ruin the value of a case. Out of the small settlement I received, I have had to use it for further medical treatment. The same thing happened to the recommending friend. I could of represented myself for it really mattered. Hupy seems to put more care & effort in self promotion "news letters" or fighting his own legal problems. I would only recommend this law-firm to those who are in small bumper accidents & looking to fake an injury for a few bucks. Don't call them if you are really injured.

I wish I would have chosen a different lawfirm! Their commercials are a joke! I was in an automobile accident in 2011, an elderly lady pulled out in front of me, I was going about 50mph, my car was totalled and she recieved a violation for inattentive driving. The airbag impact did most of the damage, as I am 5'1 and 105 lb it impacted me in the face and neck. All of the fillings in my teeth where shattered, I have bulging discs in upper spine med bill almost $20,000 over a year in PT and this, currently trying epiduralshots in my spine, firm thinks I should settle for $25,000 of which I pocket $8000.00 These guys are a piece of work ,I wish I could change firms. And to add, they treat me as if I did something wrong???

I was referred from a friend who was currently using them for a case. It's been almost 2 yrs. w minimal communication. I found out yesterday that my friend was misled and promised a pro bono case if there was no money over and above what their costs were. They received a settlement for 30% less than their costs and now they owe on their medical bills. I asked VITO for a release of lien and he refused. I would never reccommend them to anyone.

I got rear-ended in Chicago, but lived in Milw. I was at a dead stop, & other driver in pick-up was doing freeway speed. Jason Abraham was my lawyer, had me piddle around with massage & chiropracter until the Illinois statute of limitations ran out. By this time I had $10K in med bills. Jason told me that he would settle with me for 12K. Or sue his malpractice insurance. I hired Molly from Habush & Rottier, to sue Hupys malpractice. Molly did this pro bono, not 1 red cent. We settled for $35K. Everytime I see a commercial for Hupy, I just laugh, & wonder how many other cases they've screwed up.

I hired Hupy & Abraham to help me after I was in a motorcycle accident. They were always there when I had a question. They got me a very large settlement quicker than I expected! I would definately recommend this firm to anyone who needs an injury lawyer!!!

I hired them because I was given the impression by the representative that showed up at my house not 24hrs later after I called to help me with my claim, they were professional. As soon as the papers were signed agreeing to have them represent me, and promising a ridiculous 33.3% of the entire claim I hardly heard from them again unless I called asking questions. I didn't call frequently either. I would call about once a month. The biggest turn off though, was when I was told my lawyer (Derry) went home for the day when I called only to find out when I showed up at the office he had been on vacation for a week. When I showed up at the office I was ignored for over 15 minutes with no welcome or even an acknowledgment, and when my lawyer made time to see me he made it clear I was inconveniencing him, and use as much belittling grammar as possible to let me know he wasn't ready with my case yet. After I was rushed out the door he said I should call next time. NEVER USE THIS FIRM.
