very poor communication !!! paid in full for his services in Tulsa county. showed up in court ONE time. paid more money to come to court in another county. after that, failed to show for other court dates and will not return my calls. should have known better when he was recommended by the Bail Bondsman.

At the beginning of our case, we felt like Bud wasn't good at communicating with us because when we called he wasn't in the office. Apparently, lawyers spend a lot of time at court. We soon found out that 90% of the times we were calling Bud it was for validation he believed in our case which is pretty much a waste of our money and his time to bog him down with questions that are not relevant to our case. Bud's office has been fantastic at contacting us for any issues and fighting our custody battle at minimal cost. Bud is very direct. He has sound advice and expects you to follow his advice. It's hard to do with custody issues but in the long run it has saved us a lot of money and frustration. If you are looking for an attorney that is a bulldog and is honest with you about what he expects the outcome to be trust you will get a good attorney out of Bud.

This guy is not worth your money nor your time. He'll waste every bit of both. Communication is almost non-existent. I highly recommended finding someone else.

This attorney asked Judge conference with DA and made a deal for CF guilty plea for a two 6 year sentences and never even communicated with the client AT ALL! Never even talked to the client other than saying "I don’t have time to discuss details of your case get me some more money and we will discuss the case details then. the first communication with client was in court room after he made a 6 yr agreement with the judge, he said "I just got you 6 yrs, for two-hundred more dollars i can get it knocked you 4" I DO NOT EVEN HAVE A CLUE WHAT HE WENT TO DISCUSS WITH THE JUDGE BUT I NEVER EVEN TALKED WITH hired& Paid in Full counselor, Joseph (Bud) Howard AT ALL!
