Mark handled a contract issue for me which took 14 months to completion. During that entire time I was told that I had an iron clad case however once the case went before the judge it was determined that I didn't have a case due to a technicallity,(letter written by an attorney with a wrong date). So not only did I lose my case but I had to pay both attorneys....even though it should have been dismissed early on.
