Thabet represented me in a lawsuit against a restaurant in which I fell off an unlit corner of an outdoor stage and broke my leg. He quickly gained my trust (no easy feat) and never complained at the amount of times I called with questions or a need for reassurance. He took the time to get to know me as someone more than just a client with a broken leg, and always surprised me with his patience and empathy (I've heard too many lawyer jokes). He was always straightforward with me, and was well-versed in the laws of the county in which I live, even though at a distance from Tucson. He never pressured me, and he let me take all the time I needed to make all the hard decisions these cases seem to entail. Best of all, he made it possible for me to settle with the restaurant in a way that satisfied both the owner and me.
I recommend Thabet without reservation to anybody looking for excellent help with a legal problem.

Thabet was awesome for me. His team is on point. Pretty much delivered on everything he told me. And constantly gave me updates on how proceeding would go or how he thought they may turn out. I would 100% use him again. His price is kind of high or at the higher end of attorney costs in Tucson, however he is worth every penny. If I had more money available le to myself I would have used him in other litigations as well.

Thabet is an excellent attorney,he has represented me on & off for about 17 yrs.My cases have all been about custody and child welfare.During this time my daughter was actually kidnapped by the non custodial parent and taken half way across the country,Thabet was hired and on the ball,with in a couple of weeks we had all neccessary legal documents needed to cross state lines and get my daughter back.In the court room Thabet has been tenacious and when to attack or cool down.I personally have a temper and he has always been right about letting me know when to keep myself in check.Quite simply I've known several attorney's in my life and Thabet Khalidi is by far "THE BEST". Thabet Khalidi is an excellent attorney that I hired to help me with getting custody of my son, this task was especially difficult since I live in Houston, Texas and my son lived in Tucson with his mom. Mr. Khalidi was able to get me custody of my son which has allowed him to have a better life. From the moment I met Mr. Khalidi my confidence level and belief in his abilities were through the roof, he litterally exudes professionalism and confidence. Being in the courtroom with Mr. Khalidi is amazingly similar to what you see on television, he is just that good. Mr. Khalidi has a complete balance when he is in the courtroom, he assumes command and control when he needs to and he can adjust fire and become subtle at times as well. The level of service he provided was well over what we had to pay, he is more than fair when it comes to what he charges. This factor alone shows that he loves what he does and he truly cares for his clients.

I have used Thabet for a number of years with different family law issues. He was responsive and concerned about my best interests. His goals are to insure that you get a good result for a reasonable price. He is sharp, fair and concerned about his clients.

I hired Khalidi this summer. He complained the entire time about how much he hates family law, and then he did absolutely nothing on my case. A week before my hearing, I had to drop him and represent myself, because he did none of the work promised in our initial appointment. I'm extremely disappointed, and would never use him again.

Thabet is a really good lawyer and a decent human being. He kept our eye on the ball without getting sucked into the stupid games the other lawyer was trying to play.
