Two of the firm's lawyers represented me in an ERISA disability case and the outcome was terrible. After filing half prepared briefs, which amounted to poorly done, sloppy, and even CYA documents containing less than half the relevant facts, which I had to drag out of them to review, but only after they filed them with the court, the attorney's conned me into attending mediation, and exerted unbelievable pressure on me to settle. In fact once I was in mediation, they finally revealed that the reason I could not find either attorney's representative cases was because none of their ERISA disability cases ever ended up in court as they all settle beforehand. Suffice to say, this was not what I was told in the beginning while trying to get my business. Also, particularly awful was that my case was a very good one. Stay away from any and all attorneys at this firm. They're sharks, and very dishonest. Find someone else to handle your ERISA claim!
