I consulted and invited attorney Mr. Uslan helped me to defend in the court for my car accident. I was quite nervous. It was three charges in total. He helped me rescheduled the court date. Helped me smoothly answered all the questions in the court by the prosecutor. The time in the court was also very short. Finally it ends with quite minor payments. I will definitely suggest Mr. Uslan to other friends in similar situation in the future.

Attorney Uslan is an superb lawyer. Very understanding, and passionate with the work he does. He will sit down and find every possible way to accommodate his clients and make them the happiest. He examined the police report and found ways to get me the minimal penalties. A deserved 7-12 months without a drivers license was my original penalty, but got it down to 90 days. His work was and forever will be appreciated and exceptional. Definitely would recommend to anybody! 10/10!!

I was charged with DUI, refusal to take breath test, leaving the scene of accident, reckless driving and failure to report accident in Tewksbury. I had taken ambien which cased me to unknowingly drive and cause an accident. I researched and found Richard Uslan to be the leading defense attorney for ambien cases, so I picked him. I was facing 2 1/2 years loss of license and thousands in court/insurance/DMV fines. After Richard studied my case he did not need to use the ambien defense, he found several of my constitional rights were violated. He was able to get the dui/refusal/leaving scene of accident all dismissed. I pled quilty to reckless driving and failure to report accident, I paid a 400.00 court fine and NO LICENSE SUSPENSION. I can't thank Mr. Uslan enough. He truly took a personal interest in getting me the best possible out come..I Highly Recommend Richard, YOU WILL BE IN GOOD HANDS..

I would not recommend just any attorney when you have an accident and you don't remember anything. I started to research and came across Mr.Uslan, I was impressed with his background and hiring him was going to be my salvation. He has made a difference in New Jersey with clients who have has an accident unwillingly sleep driving. It's a scary ordeal to go through an experience like this and the thing you want the most is an attorney who will aggressively and efficiently work your case. Thanks to his expertise in ambien cases, he delivered the results I needed and I still hold a great business relationship with him. He is a friendly lawyer with moral and dignity. Mr Uslan is a professional that cannot be rated as simply good. He excels far beyond the choices given. I met with Richard after my first lawyer informed me after our initial court date that I "may have to do a little jail time". Richard reviewed my case, which was a DUI( compounded by the use of Ambian, and alcohol). My BAC was below the legal limit, however, after our first meeting, he did in fact believe,it was a sleep driving episode.With the assistance of Richard's network of associates, and pharmacological experts, Richard was able to provide the court with a solid defense on my behalf, and negotiated a "no Jail(this would have been a 3rd DUI over the course of 29 years), no loss of license deal. Richard with his knowledge of the law, and his solid persona of self confidence, really amazed me. When I was summons a ticket for a DWI charge my husband immediately went on line to choose a lawyer to defend me. He researched and compared all diff lawyers and chose Richard because of his excellent history. But truly it was like picking a name out of a hat. We took a chance and the risk paid off. I am a housewife, mother and great friend. Just an average person who had two beers and half a glass of wine. I did not feel well that day and prob. should have not been drinking at all but I did. And paid a price. I was never so scared in my life. Never ever thought I would be arrested for ANYTHING. Richard helped me through this mentally and emotionally. The money I spend was well worth it!Richard had to represent me twice for my criminal case. Both times that I saw him in court he was representing me, he was keeping me inform with everything that was going on. I know for a fact that they dismissed my case because he push them to the point that they didn't want to continue because they knew he meant business. There were 6 people with the same charges like me, some had their lawyers and they were still found guilty. I was the only lucky one that had the best lawyer that fought till the end to represent me in a professional way. Another good thing about this was that I wasn't able to make it to a court appearance I called his office and his assistant was able to change the court date for me. I believe once, I wanted to talk to him again about my case, I guess I was nerves but I was able to see him on my convenience with no problem. I recommend Richard for any criminal matter because he is very knowledgeable in this field.

Rich was a great help for my Ambien dwi case. Unfortunatly it was my second dwi offense and was facing 2 year suspension. After almost a year of going back and forth to court Rich and expert witness Michael Wolfe(who I also highly recommend) worked diligently on my case and the end conclusion I was only issued a 90 day suspension of my drivers license and a small fine. I couldnt believe it, I was almost certain of some greater penalty but was very please with the outcome. On top of all that his office staff was very polite and friendly always returning phone calls, and was very organized. I choose Mr. Uslan because I saw in him a fighter, someone who would give it his all. Mr. Uslan was understanding and concerned. When challenged by both the judge and prosecutor that these were trivial points, he did not back down. Mr. Uslan continued a diligent approach, despite what was clearly an attempt by the court to wear us down. At every opportunity he continued to push the issue and discuss with the prosecutor. Very unorganized, trial happy, could have communicated more before and during court....arrived 45 mins late. Was the only lawyer in court who did not speak w/prosecutor prior to their case. Did not allow us to view evidence on tape ahead of time, which we had to pay for. Was given an appointment which was overbooked and sent home. Will not work a payment plan out with you. A public defender could have done a better job! When we did get our appointment, he showed us Batman websites of which his cousin produced. Took several personal calls while waiting in his office for him to be done. Was promised two court appearances for this initial down payment and when settled w/one and no trial a refund should have been made. Trials are fun and exciting, he didn't encourage positive outcome of trial but insisted on it anyway.
