Although the quality and value of the services provided seem to be good, getting them to perform an agreed upon task is next to impossible. The schedule they give you is meaningless. Do not expect any response to phone calls, letters nor emails inquiring about the status of the assigned task. Even an unscheduled visit to the office to request action will not yield any action, only another bald faced lie about completing your assignment promptly or getting an answer to your question. The way this firm disrespects its clients I can't imagine how they stay in business, or who would ever be a repeat client. Being pleasant and polite doesn't work, the only success I had was to make a pest of myself. Don't pay a penny until every document is fully completed and in your hands.
