Badesch is afraid to litigate and this caused me thousands of dollars. I saw a review that said he gets scared and pees his pants when the opposing counsel yells boo and now I see why. I should have read the reviews and hired a competent attorney instead of this clown. It was an extremely expensive lesson for me and I am paying way more in alimony than I should be paying.
