This is simply to inform anyone looking for an attorney that on November 28, 2016 in meeting with an attorney at Bill Hotz & Associates experienced the most indifferent and insulative approach I have experienced in over 30 years of interaction with professional individuals in a variety of arenas. The individual I spoke with at this firm not only would not listen to my questions and concerns but kept reiterating the same points time and time again as if he were a recording. Similarly, he refused to provide any insight related to cost incurred while insurance questions are being figured out. To top it all off he used an explicative during our conversation about the events. When I persisted in asking about financial concerns he accused me of being hostile and essentially walked out of the meeting. By that time, I was more than ready to leave. It is difficult to see circumstances that could justify the use of this firm.
