Mr Leichter spent my money and time with his own agenda. Although he did help me with my professional board matter he was expensive and crossed the ethical line many times in handling my case. He asked inappropriate questions about my personal life and often shared information about other clients cases, violating their client confidentiality. I only wonder what he said about me to other clients. He often used the phrase "it's too complicated" forcing me to insist that he explain his plans. He often kept me waiting and was clearly unprepared actually asking me to write my own defense. I was very unsatisfied with his work ethic. He billed me for work that was unnecessary and then did not provide me with the official paperwork until I provided a favorable review then voila my paperwork appeared. Find someone else!

If you are dealing with the TMB, it is too important to mess around with. He was near average. However I wanted and expected someone that had an actual solid approach to and understanding of the case. I felt he talked a big game but did not deliver the knowledge or legal skill. He was nice and asked a lot of personal questions, but in the end I would rather the time I'm paying a lot for, be spent focusing on the case and not about being my friend. I felt he was a bit underhanded.
