Kathleen Hogan was my divorce attorney during 2011 and into 2013. She is a terrible communicator and is just not all that personable. Her legal / professional divorce recommendations to me sucked also. I am glad I did not follow her recommendations to pay 40% more then I ended up settling for in the end. After the divorce agreement was final Ms. Hogan removed my ex's name from the deeds of the property I kept. However she did this wrong and did not record the access easement attachments when she recorded the corrected deeds at the county. When I told Kathleen Hogan about this there was a lot of back and forth between us but in the end she would not correct her errors and told me to do it myself. Besides the above bad advice and errors by Kathleen Hogan she did one more thing of concern. Four months after my divorce was final I found out she became partners with my exwife's divorce attorney John Vranesic. $30,000 later boy do I feel duped by Kathleen Hogan. Steve Green

After meeting with her the office started sending me bogus bills even though we had no written exclusive contract yet! Then when I tried to explain and correct the matter, I got the major run around and brush off. After another client's name appeared on one of the bills, she dropped it! What a hassle.

Mrs. Hogan has the reputation of being one of the best in Denver. She is not compassionate, advocate for client, or impecable consistant communicator. Apprising client of details needed in the process of being your council is not a strenght either.
