I needed some minor changes, he went and filed as I requested, but he never showed up to the 2nd court date. Nice enough to file a withdrawal, why? He took the money and ran like a little fluffy girl. He was to busy eating!

He was hired for my divorce and bankruptcy. He would only take cash. I am now friends with my ex-husband, who told me that my lawyer pretty much granted my husbands lawyer every request, even though they were against my requests as the clients. My divorce was started in the fall of 2008, and I wanted my bankruptcy right after, but he raised the amount I owed him. Originally it was going to be included, but then he changed his mind and said it was more. Sadly, I any proof of this to a flooded basement. He also would not start my bankruptcy till I paid him in full. Really!?!?!? I have no MONEY! I finally paid him off for the bankruptcy in the fall of 2010, and he never contacted me. I contacted him in Feb. of 2011, and thats when I signed ANY papers and he "started" the bankruptcy. Now its June, and I've heard nothing from him. I have court dates that I was never informed of because they delivered the papers to my forclosed home. I lost it over 2 years ago. Oh and he NEVER returns calls!
