Probably the best practicing land-use attorney in Santa Cruz now. She is focused on helping her clients get their projects done without aggravating or making enemies with any of those "wonderful" folks at the local Coastal Commission office or County Planning Department. She has represented me on a couple of residential projects, with good results.

This attorney left her former firm and formed her own firm. She is still very good in land use kinds of issues, but lacks the support she used to have and is very expensive.
