I have utilized Clark Ward for two major legal proceedings. In both cases, he was always well-prepared and extremely knowledgeable of ordinances, laws and policies associated with all legal issues pertinent to the case. He knows family law from A to Z and is sensitive to individual issues such as visitation rights, alimony and divorce settlements. Has always shown a willingness to communicate on legal matters without additional charge and involves the client in developing game plans and strategies. Mr. Ward isn't afraid of doing extra research to identify the little things that might make a case successful. He was a man of integrity, honesty and tenacity in dealing with my cases, which I greatly appreciated because he was going against attorneys who seemed less committed to their cases, which was an advantage for me. The bottom line is that he delivered the results I needed him to deliver on my behalf. I would recommend him highly to anyone seeking legal counsel.

I hired Clark to represent me in a matter. Not only was he well prepared but he thought of a number of items that never occurred to me. He was tactful in his presentation, communicated my position appropriately and with great skill. I was extremely pleased with how well he argued the case. I recommend him as he is an excellent attorney, with excellent skills.

I read the reviews and decided to find out for myself. I found first that Mr. Ward will personally talk to you over the phone. He answered a few of my questions and didn't charge me. He was willing to make time to see me. I decided right then and there that some of these negative comments must have been made by bad clients who are impossible to please anyway or are simply false. I called around but none of the other lawyers would speak to me or return my call. I then met with Mr. Ward and felt very good about him. He was very knowlegable and knew what he was doing. He had great people skills with the other lawyers and was very dignified in court. I never had any problems with him at all. He insisted that I review documents with him to approve before they were sent out. I liked that. And, he was very good at helping me weigh the risks and rewards on each issue in my case. I will definitely recommend Mr. Ward to anybody who needs a good lawyer.

OMG! Worst lawyer ever, two year and nothing to show for it. All the forms he filled, he did wrong! I am no legally at fault for not doing as the commissioner ask, because Ward failed to do so. I had to get a new attorney and start all over because he did nothing right. And as for the 3k i paid him ha....it's gone. He also is never in the office, always on vacation! Save your time and money go to someone else!!!!

I hired Ward to initiate and complete an uncontested guardianship action. I hired him because he advertised over 28 years experience. I paid him in advance to complete the action. He initiated 2 documents and filed one with the court. Almost 2 weeks later, when I contacted him, he told me the court needed additional forms but he was having a hard time finding them. He also said he tried to get them from another agency, but couldn't do that either. I called the courts, they give me the Web site to complete and download the forms. I did all this in less than an hour. Ward should have done this from day one. I fired Ward in writing the next day and asked for a refund. This was simple stuff-he should know this after all the years of experience he advertised. In writing he refused my refund and indicated that he would pursue criminal charges against me if I contact him again. He closed all doors for me to directly challenge the charges or ask for a detailed invoice. What a business!!
