Never communicated with me. I was left up in the air about how my case was going. I caught him in lies. He never had the facts that were given to him. He tried to settle without even contacting me for a terrible amount. I would not suggest using him.

I filed a complaint with the State Board in Oregon. Mr Savage never obtained the hospital records for investigation or review. He never told me that an Associate at his Firm had represented the sexual predator in question and that is why he did not seek the records. He cost me, my right to file suit within the statute of limitation in the State of Oregon. He did not abide or follow the Rules of Professional Responsibility by not securing the records from Emanuel Hospital.
