During our bankruptcy we spoke with an attorney at the Law offices of John T. Orcutt 1 time and this was only after we insisted that we needed to do so. I would recommend going somewhere else where the attorneys are available and can help you become knowledgeable about the process. The Orcutt office did get the paperwork filed but we lost our house and had to pay about 80% of our income to do it. To this day we feel that this isn't the way it should work but we don't know having only had access to an attorney 1 time on the phone for 5 minutes who assured us that "this is how it works."

Don't use this firm! They have no clue what they are doing nor do they care. Don't make same mistake I did by retaining them. I paid them $1500 and had no representation at 341 hearing. Paperwork was done incorrectly which really messed things up. STEER CLEAR!!!

During the course of a Chapter 13 bankruptcy we managed to speak to an attorney 1 time. Everything else was handled by paralegals. From our viewpoint our case had all sorts of unexpected results because we couldn't speak with an attorney.
