I called Mr. Coan's office, in need of the services of a real estate attorney. When the first person answered the phone, I mentioned to her I was calling on the referral of a local real estate agent. She asked, "And who are you with?" I repeated the above. Her tone was disinterested and snooty, I suppose she wanted me to rattle off some big wig corporate name. She put me on hold. Later, a different person picked up the line, I told her the above, she asked for a synopsis of the issues I wished to consult. I explained. She said I would either get a phone call back that same day or the following business day, either from her or Mr. Coan. I received no contact from either. Don't bother contacting this real estate attorney unless you are some egotistical hot shot. This firm wants nothing to do with you otherwise. Their loss - in the next handful of years I will come into inheritance, and they have foregone any real estate legal consulting because of their actions.
