Richard Mik is an incompetent lawyer who could care less about his clients but is quick to take their money. I went to him to see if he could be of some assistance and he insisted on a retainer of $250. It turns out I didn't need him and he never did one minute of work for me, yet he refused to refund my money and was very sarcastic. I never got the impression he really cared at all. I definately would not recommend him for anything.

He took my money for a retainer,and for 3+ years have done nothing with my case.He makes repeated promises that he DOES NOT KEEP. He refuse to return my documents, so I can't file my case with anyone else. Buyer be aware!

This lawyer took $3300 from me to sue a contractor and did absolutely nothing and now he is tell me the company file bankrupt and he cant pay me my money back and its nothing more he can do

Make sure you CYA all communication with this attorney. He starts out good, but his staff quickly turned a real estate transaction into a horrible nightmare. This lawyer does not look out for your best interest. Proceed at your own risk as you have been warned.
