Unethical -- She failed to communicate with me how she would bill me. She told me that my soon to be ex-husband would pay for my legal bills so I didn't worry about it. After months of generating bills, she got the judge to order my husband to pay her bill. But the money came out of the community estate. Half of which was mine. She told me one thing and did something else. She worked the system that is set up to profit lawyers while abusing clients and their finances. They may be systemic of family lawyers in general. But I only have one account which is my own. Please be very careful when dealing with Ms. Cesare -- and all family lawyers in general. Their only true interest is their own.
