My husband and I just came back from our consultation. His secretary was very friendly and polite. Asked all the right questions and we didn't have to wait long at all. Mr. Tuckerman called us in right away and listened to our issues with Child Support. Our hearing is in March but already I feel very confident after meeting with him that things will go our way. I will repost after March hearing. Mr. Tuckerman is a bit pricey with a high retainer fee, but he will only keep what he actually works. So if he doesnt work the 5 hours on your case that the retainer fee covers, he will refund you your money. We will definitely find out after our hearing if he came through and held up his end of the retainer fee return if any. All in all even if we don't get back the retainer fee at all, I believe retaining his services will be well worth it in the long run, saving us tons of money.

He is running a divorce mill. Get them in and get a huge non refundable retainer and then treat them rudely. He made math errors on my trial brief and was angry when I pointed that out. His staff was rude and he would never take a phone call. My divorce was a mess due to him.

The greatest Lawyer there is well worth the money. His staff are all top lawyers and get the job done. Mr Tuckerman is not someone you want to have to go against when I hired him my ex had problems finding an laywer that would take his case when they saw they were going against him.
