This attorney is contracted as a public defender for the County of Douglas. Mr. Ence has the belief that he does not need to provide his disabled client with the reasonable accommodations as provided by the courts via the medical professionals qualified to provide to the courts Evaluations of Competency and what is necessary for the defendant in order to assist in their defense.
