Tim was worth the money. I had a second offense OVI and the City would not offer anything other than me going to jail and pleading. My first lawyer told me to plead as there was nothing that could be done. I referred to Tim by a friend. Thankfully he took my case as he is busy. He told me he thought we should go to trial. We went to a jury trial and won, I was found NOT GUILTY of all charges. He is amazing in trial. I would recommend him to anyone who got arrested (traffic or crime). If you can afford him hire him.

I spoke to many lawywers, and I thought Tim was knew the most about the way to defend my case. We won, and I owe it to Tim. He is worth the money.

He helped me out of a second offense DUI. Police and prosecutor would not offer a deal so he told them we were going to do suppression hearing. After suppression hearing prosecutor offered a reduction, he was great cross examining officer. No jail or 3 day hotel, just a fine. He did a great job and I would highly recommend him to anyone arrested for a DUI.
