Took 750 dollar to represent me in a child support case. Never even bothered to show up for trial. I got a default judgement entered.

Her Office is very mold smelling, she also is very rude to her clients. She js not a good lawyer she will want more money when its all said and done , when first she said it will be a flat fee, and also she will tell you that she cancelled all her apportionments to take care of you. Also the picture of her needs to be updated she is about 60 now

If I could give all zero's I would. Cherie Parker n her assitant Judy are HORRIBLE!! Just like all the others are saying. I also got suckered in2 her sugar coated consultation. She has done absolutley nothing that she says and when you schedule an appt she just happens to be on a emergency court hearing. I really do feel bad for others whom have fallen victim to her sweetness in the consultation room. I knew I had a problem when I asked Judy what has been file so far. Her reply was.. I don't know. REALLY! I do believe that is your job to know!! She would tell me that we need this and that. So I would run around and gather these things only to hear... Oh, I dont think we can use this(now). OMG lady. I decided to get a new Attorney and fired Cherie. He said I made the right decision at the right time or I would have been screwed. Cherie has made my case a disaster. I will report her to the Bar and do my best to have her dismissed from working as a Attorney ever again. SCAMMER ALART!!!

Completely worthless. I hired her to help me with my child support and visitation. After receiving my retainer she has done nothing but give me the run around. It's been over a year and still nothing is complete.

I do not trust lawyers. I retained Ms. Parker after being screwed over by my first two attorneys. Ms. Parker is a fighter. She got me custody of my two sons. She can be abrasive, but that is because she is a fighter. I found the lawyer and the system that would fight for me against the opposing lawyer and the judge. I highly recommend Ms. Parker. This lawyer is a joke! My boyfriend hired her to help him w/his custody case, and she did NOTHING. She went to 1 mediation & 1 case mgmt meeting & did nothing else. She did file his motion for modification for child support...FIVE MONTHS AGO. She only tried for 2 weeks to get him a court date. Since then, she keeps saying the court system is too backed up. But everytime you try to call her, she's "in court." How did THOSE clients get dates?! She called me & my b/f liars. She swears her staff is completely competent & they would "NEVER" lie. She claims she has never had a complaint filed against her in the FL Bar, but we are going to change that. She has violated the first 4 model rules for the code of ethics set into place by the Amer Bar Assn. She's probably never had a complaint, because others didn't know how. They just gave up when she screwed them. We're going to the FL Bar, and we're workin' on free publicity from the news stations. DON'T USE THIS P.O.S. LAWYER!

She was very impressive on the phone in getting my retainer, prior to my consultation. However, her conduct in person has left me speechless! My first consultation was in her office was unprofessional and completely disorganized. She was more concerned about the dogs running about her office during our consultation than she was with the details of my case. She ran in and out of her office asking her assistants for help and they were obviously the only ones who have any idea of what is going on there. She handed me the attorney retainer agreement which did not even have my name spelled correctly; and she did not even remember to collect it back from me, thank god! I have asked for a full refund from my sister's credit card, which she collected prior to my first consultation. I pray I get a refund, she is a joke!

This lawyer would not represent me unless I left my house. BIG MISTAKE... I SHOULD HAVE FIRED HER RIGHT AT THE HEARING. I am not sure who she was working for??? My life is now in ruins. 50 YEARS OF MY LIFE'S HARD WORK IS GONE!!! I HAVE TO LIVE WITH THIS MESS ANOTHER 9 YEARS! THANKS CHERIE! I wonder if these lawyers spouses know what they married? Stay away from this fraud. God bless this woman for she knows not what she does.

I had been recomended by a good friend that this lawyer was good, she made the consult sound amazing.. So I did what a normal person would do, I hired her.. BIGGEST MISTAKE! I would like to state that I had already started my case by my self, the Judge insisted I hire legal rep. I had all the proof and research I needed to win that case, all she had to do was present it to the Judge... Ummm yeah that witch did nothing! nothing! not even as much as returned a single phone call. Went to Mediation, I was told all would be fine we'll win this case, she goes.. meets up with opposing council, comes back and say's you have to sign that paper and settle or pay me $5,000.00 by the end of this week!!!! Now just to clear that up she had previous at hiring been paid in full... she thought after not doing a single thing in my case so far that I would actually throw her another chunk of money in 2 days... Please dont waste your money and risk losing everything.

Cherie Parker is HORRIBLE!! She is washed up and doesn't know what she's doing. I was trying to get a calm, civil divorce from my wife, and she called my wife's lawyer screaming because they didn't respond to some letter. It was uncalled for... it cost me loads of extra money for her to try and hold my now ex-wife in contempt, and it didn't help, just made things longer, and more costly. DO NOT USE THIS LAWYER!!
