Louis Testa and his firm, Neibert, Pepe and Monteith, made a number of representations to us in order to get our business and represent us in a very important case. After they were hired the case has not moved in the year they have been “working on it”. They have not acted on any part of what they represented they would do. What was at first a “winnable case” base upon their review has now become a case that is languishing solely because of their inaction.
I can’t warn you enough, Hire Neubert, Pepe and Monteith if you want to pay an attorney and get no results. Caveat emptor. STAY AWAY!!!
