Jesse and Chris exhibited unprofessional and unethical behavior during my legal case. A significant conflict of interest arose when Jesse, despite the clear ethical implications, proceeded with my case before Judge John McCaan III, who was a former partner at K&K.
I was compelled to terminate Jesse's services due to this conflict. However, I faced severe repercussions, including being denied visitation rights to my child, which I attribute to retaliation for my actions.
Chris, as a supervising partner, failed to address this conflict of interest and ensure proper representation. Their primary focus appeared to be financial gain, regardless of the potential harm caused to my case and my relationship with my child.
