was a first time home buyer and had a few hiccups in my closing. Every time that I called Brenda about a hiccup she was available to take my call and assure me that all would work out. All did work out. Brenda was extremely helpful and attentive through the whole stressful process. I am extremely appreciative and would recommend her to others!

I closed on my home on Oct 23rd, and I can say everything went smoothly. Brenda is very capable and ALWAYS available. Even when we asked for a late closing for us the sellers as we were moving, she arranged to wait for us at her office with a witness until 7PM. I highly recommend Brenda. I will be using her again in another property transaction and I am sure she will be as helpful professional and efficient as this last one.

Brenda was very personable and helpful throughout the process. I have a crazy work schedule. Brenda met me on a Sunday night at a StarBuck's 1/2 way between my house and her office to make my closing easier for me. She was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend her.

This woman should have her license taken away. I had the displeasure of working with her on a transaction and can positively say it was the worst experience on a transaction in my 40 years of real estate. She was rude, lied, verbally threatening and nearly cost the deal for the buyer and seller because of her mouth. All the positive reviews of her ARE HER trying to save her reputation. She is a menace to society and should not be allowed to practice law. I for one will be reporting her to the DBPR and will make sure something is done about her. I feel bad for anyone who comes in contact with this horrible person.

I am glad I had Brenda on my side. One week before closing date, buyer wants to postpone closing. When Brenda caught the buyer in a lie regarding the reason of the one week delay, the closing occurred a few hours later on the original closing date chosen by the buyer... Without Brenda, God knows how long this could have dragged on. To make this happen, Brenda kept in touch, including Saturday and Sunday to keep me inform. I have recommended Brenda to friends and real estate agents and they all appreciate her services. When the tough gets going she definitely is the right person!

I have never dealt with anyone this unprofessional before, much less an attorney. She was so rude, condescending, threatening and should be reported to the Bar for her treatment, not only to me, but to the buyer. To refuse, at one point, to not hold a face to face real estate closing with the buyer was only just one threat she made. If I could also show her emails and the misspellings and verbiage errors, you could see that no professional attorney would ever send the emails I received. She is not only unprofessional, she should not be allowed to be an attorney and I will be following up with the buyer to make sure he receives what he is required to receive.

Thankfully, a friend of mine and his wife recommended Attorney Brenda Cox. I, as well, highly recommend her. Brenda Cox successfully navigated me through two separate legal matters. Throughout both cases Brenda gave me courtesy calls with updates. The first case Attorney Cox went up against, and defeated, an $18,000 suit brought by a Las Vegas based Law Firm. The second case involved a large Financial Credit institution that had placed a lien on my home. Attorney Cox took them to court, won the case, and had the lien removed from my property. I had a closing and she was the attorney handling the closing for the sellers. She was the most unprofessional attorney that I have ever come across. She would make a mistake and then yell and threaten you because of it. I would pass on any real estate deal in the future that she is involved with. How anyone in their right mind would hire her for anything is beyond my comprehension.

WoW! Where did this woman get a license? She is the worst attorney I have ever worked with! She is rude to clients and the professionals she works with calling them names and speaking to them in a derogatory manner. She has a short temper and feels as though she can verbally threaten people and treat them like lesser human-beings and that is OK. I recommend declining to work any transaction she is involved with, I am just glad that bad attitudes and stupidity are not contagious. #BoycottBrendaCox

My experience with Brenda Cox was an extremely satisfying experience. I hired Brenda to represent my aging father in the sale of his house.
Brenda was efficient, professional and paid attention to detail. Without Brenda at our side, there would have a delayed in the closing which would caused extra closing fees. Brenda went over and beyond the call of duty by personally driving to my aging father residence to sign documents for the closing without charging extra fees. I would highly recommend Brenda Cox.

As a real estate broker for over 38 years, I am shocked by this lawyer's rude behavior. She has put in writing that everyone in the transaction; buyer, mortgage lender and Realtor are all idiots. I would never, ever refer her any business.
